WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- All aspects of the facilities maintenance industry and how they support the overall success of healthcare facilities.
- How Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, Safety and Emergency Management, Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Services, Energy, and Business Administration partner and interconnect in order to move the business forward.
- Valuable project management and process improvement skills.
- How to develop and deliver meaningful presentations, including managing interactions with senior leadership.
- Key time management skills, including goal setting and prioritization.
You will be working with a senior leader within our organization as a mentor. Through this relationship, you will learn how to leverage a mentoring relationship inside a dynamic business environment.
Qualifications:
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Must have completed Sophomore year of college
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A genuine interest in health-care and facilities management
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Availability for summer work beginning in mid-May 2025 and continuing through mid-August 2025
- Must be able to complete 40 hours per week
- Minimum GPA Required: 3.0
