Service Manager
Diesel Truck experience is heavily prefered but not required.
salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee a team of diesel mechanics and service technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet company and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and fleet managers.
- Schedule service appointments and allocate work orders efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate parts ordering with suppliers.
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Analyze service reports and performance metrics to improve department efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and warranty claims professionally.
- Train and develop technicians to enhance skill levels and ensure quality workmanshi
