Product Knowledge Enhancement:-Keep training materials current with the latest advancements in laser technology and product updates.-Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about upcoming releases and new features.Sales Technique Refinement:-Provide specialized training on sales techniques specific to the laser industry, including consultative selling, technical selling, and relationship-building strategies.-Conduct mock sales scenarios to enhance negotiation skills and objection handling related to laser technology.Application-Specific Training:-Tailor training programs to address the diverse applications systems, such as manufacturing, medical, defense, and research.-Collaborate with industry experts to incorporate real-world examples and case studies into training modules.Continuous Improvement:-Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the market.-Implement targeted training initiatives to address specific challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.Sales Enablement Technology:-Ensure the sales team is proficient in using sales enablement tools specific to the industry.-Provide guidance on utilizing CRM systems effectively for managing sales opportunities.
