What You’ll Do:

• Ability to multitask while offering our customers the latest information on energy solution trends.
• Complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Interact with customers and coworkers in a respectful and courteous manner.
• Educate and upsell customers proactively on products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain customer information respecting confidentiality and use customer information for the context of assigned duties.
• Interact with customers through a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs and requests, and resolve customer issues
• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide first call resolution.
• Collaborate with peers and supporting departments to identify and quickly resolve issues.
• Recommend new ideas and approaches to help achieve best practices and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
• Provide support to aide in the completion of essential customer focused tasks and projects.
• Aide in building and promoting a positive team environment that promotes cross functional teamwork.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma (or GED)
• 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center Environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication.
• Salesforce (Preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)

Pay Range: USD $41,000.00 - USD $62,000.00 /Yr.
