Customer Service Representative

We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the drinks and beverages industry, located in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing all forms of communication and requests.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and detail oriented manner
- Accurately entering customer data and order details into our system
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls to ensure optimal customer service
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain and update customer records
- Scheduling appointments as necessary in response to customer requests
- Assisting with various call center customer service duties as needed. • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, serving as the first point of contact for customers
- Prior experience in a call center customer service environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Skilled in managing email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries
- Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word for creating and editing customer-related documents
- Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately logged and processed
- Ability to schedule appointments, coordinating between various parties to find suitable times.
