We are searching for a Staff Accountant to join our team. Your primary role will be to support our accounting operations by maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile intercompany account balances to ensure accuracy
Adjust sales order pricing based on company guidelines and market conditions
Prepare and file sales tax returns in compliance with federal and state regulations
Compile freight figures for accurate month-end accrual
Process monthly commission reports and journal voucher for record-keeping
Update outstanding freight claims schedule regularly for transparency and accountability
Assist in month and year-end closings to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Cross-train on Accounts Payable and billing to provide comprehensive support to the team
Analyze credit memos, adjust inventory as needed, and process charge backs to maintain financial accuracy
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall business operations.
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management
Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience with Bank Reconciliations
Competence in maintaining and managing the General Ledger
Ability to make precise Journal Entries
Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
Proficient in using NetSuite software
Experience with QuickBooks software
Knowledge of SAP software usage
