Overview:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering strategic talent pipeline solutions in collaboration with a variety of healthcare employers across the Wake AHEC 9-county region. This role works to establish a robust and sustainable talent pipeline, addressing current and future skill gaps, and enhancing employee and learner engagement and retention across the regional healthcare landscape.
The AHEC Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Specialist will work directly with education providers, community partners, and financing partners to align healthcare talent pipeline goals and strategies to resolve data-driven workforce issues. This role requires an understanding of healthcare needs and issues, critical thinking and leadership skills, relationship building, project management, and a customer-centric approach to drive organizational change and meet the needs of multiple healthcare employers.
