Job Overview: Our client is seeking experienced, self-motivated, and driven Residential Electrical Estimator to join their field team around Baltimore, Maryland. All candidates must have a journeyman/masters electrician license in Maryland and 5-7 years of hands-on experience with residential construction.

Skills include reading & interpreting blueprints, strong understanding of local electrical codes, high attention to detail, project management, customer service, and preparation of electrical estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to provide accurate electrical estimates
Meet with clients to discuss project scope, goals, and specifications
Prepare cost estimates based on labor, materials, and other project requirements
Analyze labor costs, overhead, and material prices to ensure competitive and profitable estimates
Collaborate with the project management team to track project timelines and budgets
Provide detailed reports and documentation for all projects
Ensure all estimates comply with local building codes and safety regulations
