Quality Assurance Analyst

This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will work collaboratively with both the IT department and business units.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases in collaboration with the IT department and business units
• Execute and manage end-to-end test plans to ensure all objectives are met
• Conduct regression testing as required to ensure system functionality
• Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics for continuous improvement
• Ensure the solution is tested for functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other internal or external systems
• Utilize SQL and scripting knowledge for effective testing processes
• Apply hands-on experience with regression and acceptance testing to ensure optimal system performance
• Leverage automated testing tools to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness
• Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating systems for effective system testing
• Apply strong interpersonal and communication skills to resolve internal inquiries and provide support.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Windows, GitHub, JIRA, and Linux Technologies
• Experience with software development, specifically with creating and executing test plans and test cases
• Strong knowledge of security protocols for workstation support
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and regression analysis
• Ability to conduct end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for team collaboration
• Ability to perform metric reporting and policy review
• Adept at planning and training for various business units
• Experience with software development methodologies
• A Plus certification is preferred but not required.
