Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs smoothly and effectively.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering materials as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Organize and facilitate office events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets related to office operations.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
