We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Training Analyst in the Financial Services industry, based in a major city in Missouri. In this role, you will be working closely with various business teams to create, organize, and assist with financial training courses and materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design engaging training courses for different learning environments.
  • Develop financial-related course content and learning activities.
  • Create supplemental training materials like handouts, reference guides, process maps, and how-to guides.
  • Analyze content for different audiences based on their roles and skills.
  • Utilize training technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • Provide support for financial training programs, including creating and maintaining courses in the learning management system and scheduling sessions.
  • Keep training content updated on internal SharePoint sites.
  • Create, distribute, analyze, and summarize survey results.
  • Assist in data modeling, data organization, and summary reporting for various training and initiative programs.
  • Prepare presentations, content, and visual graphics using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, Teams, Synthesia, and other programs. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reporting, including the ability to perform ad hoc financial reports.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing training programs.
  • Knowledge and experience in materials handling.
  • Understanding of quality assurance principles.
  • Familiarity with human resources administration.
  • Ability to design visually engaging training materials, with a background in graphic design being a plus.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
  • Background in finance or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with online platforms and tools for remote training.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams for training integration.
  • Experience in conducting and analyzing training surveys.
  • Understanding of training methodologies and principles.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor training programs to meet specific needs.
