## Essential Job Functions

The Project Managers responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Become a subject matter expert on the various programs and processes
supported by Business Systems.
  • Manage project implementations:
  1. Identify and document functional and technical needs for project
implementations.
  1. Manage implementation of project scope and guide the project
team through the technical and operational stages of the
implementation, ensuring successful implementation, adherence to
applicable standards, on time delivery, and on budget.
  1. Track, analyze and triage functional and technical issues
throughout the implementation.
  1. Participate in project acceptance testing to identify issues,
required changes, and communicate needs to management and the
development team.
  1. Provide post-launch functional and technical analysis and
monitoring until acceptance is achieved.
  • Manage programs:
  1. Monitor programs and initiatives for success and continuous
improvement needs.
  1. Provide functional, technical, and business analysis and
monitoring of operations and systems performance.
  1. Develop meaningful, measurable, and actionable performance
measures and contract compliance standards for accuracy and
compliance.
  • Business analysis:
  1. Model, track and analyze Tollway processes and programs for
efficiencies and optimizing customer service.
  1. Make enhancement recommendations for existing or new programs
and processes, 3. Develop project business case justification to support
recommendations, including operational impacts, budget analytics
and forecasting.
  1. Prepare and communicate reporting of operational and performance
statistics for executive staff.
  • Assist with budget analytics and support.
  • Communicate project and program status and act as liaison with
multiple internal and external parties.
  • Attend, facilitate, and/or lead recurring and periodic meetings
within and outside the agency.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned or required.

## Qualifications

Education (Required)
  • Bachelor/'s degree in Business, Management, or related field of

study, or four years of equivalent experience in a related field.

SkillsandExperience (Required)
  • Business process analysis experience, minimum of 5 years, including
business case, business rule, and process flow development.
  • Experience developing meaningful, measurable, and actionable
performance measures.
  • Strong understanding of business case modeling, principles, and
practices
  • Management of project implementations and use of project planning
tools and techniques, minimum of 5 years.
  • Experience using analytical skills, tools, and techniques to
investigate information and make recommendations for operational
improvements.
  • Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience within financial, operations, or customer service
organization.
  • Experience measuring and monitoring technical and/or operational
contractor compliance.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver a variety of projects and
tasks in an effective and timely manner to meet critical deadlines.
  • Demonstrated skills in two or more of the following areas is
required: Project Management, Financial Analysis, Technology
Implementation, Operations Performance Analytics, Customer Service
Performance Analytics.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a proac tive approach.
  • Ability to attend, facilitate, and/or lead meetings and work
effectively in a team environment and provide support in a rapidly

evolving environment.

Education (Preferred)
  • Master/'s degree in Business, Math, Science, or Project Management

concentration.

SkillsandExperience (Preferred)
  • Project Management discipline or minimum 5 years technical project
management experience.
  • Exceptional skills with Microsoft Visio, Power BI,and Project.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Experience in the Tolling Industry.
  • Experience with implementation and monitoring of back office

systems.
