Strategic Account Representative - Dealer
Overview:
The Strategic Account Representative - Dealer is responsible for supporting the sales locations of Konica Minolta’s Strategic Dealers to promote and execute the Strategic Business plan between KMBS and the Strategic Dealer. Responsibilities could include and are not limited to Sales Training, Demos, Demo Room support, Marketing support, Customer Sales Calls, Open Houses, and Sales Blitzes for all Konica Minolta products.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Strategic Dealer sales locations, implementing “Sell Through” activities.
- Making sales presentations with dealer sales reps to prospective customers.
- Provide sales training to dealer sales reps.
- Ensure strategic dealer sales employees understand and execute dealer programs and promotions.
- Ensure strategic dealer personnel (admin, service, sales) know who to go to within KMBS to get issues resolved.
- Manage KMBS resources effectively to keep within assigned budget.
- Timely reporting in accordance to Strategic Account Managers.
- Respond to dealer inquiries within 4 hours and E-mails within one business day.

- Ability to strategize with dealer to grow KMBS revenues in accordance with Strategic Dealer, Region and Corporate KMBS goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of all KMBS products and solutions
- Ability to forecast accurately
Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years technology sales experience
- 2 – 4 years business experience
- Training and demo skills a plus
- Minimum associates degree or technical degree, Bachelor's degree a plus
