Description

The Administrative Assist is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. Under supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO, Executive Assistant (EA), the Administrative Assistant will manage day to day processes and other tasks as assigned. Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills. The position reports to the CEO EA. Responsibilities include:

  • Perform administrative functions: data entry, filing, answering phones, copying, faxing, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information
  • Display a consistently positive, professional and cooperative tone with colleagues, vendors, agencies and management
  • Display stellar customer service skills to internal and external customers
  • Meet and sustain corporate objectives
  • Flexibility to work various hours as needed in order to meet business needs
  • Participate in all projects, reports, documentation, tasks or objectives assigned

Qualifications

Experience/Skills
  • 5+ years experience in an Administrative/general office role is required
  • Data Entry skills required
  • Ability to perform with a considerable degree of independent accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high volume work environment
  • Clear and articulate communicator, both verbal and written
  • Ability to shift between priorities
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)

Education

High School Diploma/Equivalency Required
