Responsibilities:
Purpose: The Faciliteis Assistant will report to the AW Building Maintenance GL. This position will primarily be responsible for providing support to the AW Building Maintenance GL, and will involve a variety of duties.- Support Building Maintenance Group Leader
- PM a variety of equipment
- Housekeeping and custodian work
- Painting
- Flooring and flooring repair
- Carpentry
- Light electrical work
- Small-scale roof repair
- Light welding
- All other duties assigned by Group Leader / Department Manger
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of hand tools
- Minor electrical experience
- Welding experience
- Ability to work on own and with others
- Proven track record of safety excellence
- Exceptional work ethic with high energy, drive, and enthusiasm
- Promote a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills
