We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Canton, Ohio. This role is central to our operations and requires a candidate well-versed in customer service and data management. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and timeliness, capturing essential details from customer interactions.
  • Assist in the preparation and verification of order entries and invoices, ensuring communication is clear and efficient within the team.
  • Handle troubleshooting issues and liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel for data entry, updating information, and generating reports.
  • Address customer queries about billing information promptly and professionally, taking necessary steps to uphold the positive image of the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts, participate in meetings, and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
  • Maintain an organized and updated database in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Address billing queries and ensure they are handled effectively.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to the role. • Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling inbound outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Proven experience in call center customer service
  • Ability to provide superior customer service, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Skilled in data entry tasks, with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence
  • Experience with order entry processes and systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and using formulas
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
