Warehouse Associate
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview: -Adecco is seeking Warehouse Associates to join a growing warehouse team in Richmond, VA. This role involves picking, packing, and shipping online orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders accurately using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Operate scanning technology (iPad-based system) to track and manage inventory.
- Assist in inventory counting and organization to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Safely lift and move products (up to 50 lbs).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety guidelines.
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including fulfillment and shipping tasks.
Qualifications/Must-Have:
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for order processing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with pallet decks.
- Forklift certification (a plus).
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 8 AM – 4 PM, or 8 AM – 5 PM (Overtime available during peak season).
- Team Structure: Work alongside Warehouse Managers, Logistics Operations team, and fulfillment associates.
- Work Environment: Warehouse is not climate-controlled (hot in summer, heaters and fans available).

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
