Responsibilities:

Accurately documenting daily cash and trust transactions
Assisting with the reporting of bank activity on a daily basis
Resolving any discrepancies found in cash transactions
Ensuring all treasury payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintaining and updating financial records, logs, and spreadsheets
Reconciliation of bank deposits and payments
Utilizing accounting software systems to streamline accounting functions

Familiarity with Concur
Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Ability to manage all Accounting Functions
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
