Staff Accountant

Key criteria for this position:
experience in loan draw accounting
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Familiarity with project accounting and accounts payable
Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required

- Proven experience as a Staff Accountant, preferably within the construction/real estate
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) process
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
