Senior Power Apps Developer - SPAD25-19363

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Apps Developer to join our Agile Scrum team and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and streamline business processes. This role requires a creative problem-solver who can navigate complex technical and procedural challenges while working collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams.

Additionally, you will work closely with product teams, enterprise applications, product owners, and cybersecurity stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop model-driven Power Apps applications and PowerApps Portals for client-facing solutions.
• Maintain application baselines across development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to perform process modeling and implement data validation processes.
• Work with stakeholders to capture and translate business process requirements into functional application components.
• Ensure application workflows align with evolving business processes.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist business analysts in requirement development and technical evaluation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain or hold an Active Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of technical experience (or 14+ years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate within high-performing teams.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience in leading development teams and driving product roadmaps.

Required Technical Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Model-driven and Canvas Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) in an Azure environment.
• Strong experience in Power BI for creating reports, charts, and dashboards.
• Solid experience in Dataverse data architecture and database management.
• Expertise in data modeling and large-scale data management.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, FetchXML.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps Pipeline for application migration between tiers.
• Ability to provide product demonstrations and status briefings to stakeholders.
• Strong experience in translating customer requirements into functional specifications (User Stories / Backlog Items).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing and implementing data models in A365.
• Experience developing customized SharePoint applications using Power Apps.
• Expertise in data exchange design in compliance with System Interface Agreements.
• Experience developing modern SharePoint Online pages.
