We are seeking for motivated individuals to work in an entry level assembly position for our manufacturing client located in Dover. This client offers ON THE JOB training, a great chance for individuals to learn new skills such as soldering and winding of wires.The facility is well lit, climate control, a very comfortable working environment.
Job Description: What will I be doing?
As an Assembly Operator, you are responsible to assemble components per the production drawings and work instructions.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Reading / following work orders / sample assemblies
- Assembling and attaching hardware
- Connecting component lead wires
- Solder, crimp, cements, press fit or other operations to join or secure parts in place
- Must be able to read English / understand work instructions
- Able to work with variety chemicals that the client uses for their operation
- Must be versatile, trainable and flexible to be moved to different areas of production
