Purpose: To provide therapeutic interventions to survivors of sexual assault

Duties:

1. Provide individual and group therapy to sexual assault survivors/clients
2. Provide clinical assessments; development and implementation of case plans with

1. Responsible for other duties as assigned by supervisor

Accountability:

The position of Licensed Mental Health Professional will be accountable to the Sexual Assault Program Team Leader/Program Director and the client population and for the timely, professional, and effective performance of all job duties

1. Trained in Sexual Violence
2. Minimum of two years of experience in direct client service delivery, and in

1. Experience with providing clinical assessments and developing case plans
2. Demonstrated sensitivity to issues of social justice
3. Demonstrated ability to work in diverse teams
4. Ability to expand communication style to multiple cultural environments
5. Ability to speak a second language valued
6. Ability to network with other professionals within and outside the Agency, and

1. Willingness to utilize, share and/or develop technology skills
2. Masters Degree in Social Work or a related field
3. Active Status in one of the following: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCDAC
4. Valid New Jersey drivers license and insurability through AVANZARs insurance
