Accounts Receivable Specialist

This role is located in the Eaton Rapids, MI region and will start right away.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer data
• Maintenance of precise paper and electronic records
• Handling sensitive mail and effectively categorize and sort in a detail-oriented manner
• Providing excellent customer service in a team setting
• Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Utilizing Database management software and cloud-based programs for various tasks
• Managing consumer compliance with industry standards
• Processing tax return documents and file for return processing
• Proficiency in Data Entry, demonstrating excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Expertise in filing and electronic document management.
• Exceptional teamwork and maintaining professionalism and respect in all team interactions.
• Understanding of Tax Prep processes and document flow and compliance preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with the capability to scan and manage electronic documents.
• Fast and accurate Data Entry skills, ensuring all financial information is correctly inputted and updated.
• Experience in handling Bank Transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers is preferred.
• Government or Tax filing and compliance experience a plus
