We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Teller position in the non-profit industry, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Teller, you will be involved in processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the security of customer accounts.
This role is key in providing excellent customer service and detecting potential fraudulent activity.
Responsibilities:- Handle routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide accurate account information and assist customers with inquiries.
- Maintain precise records of all transactions.
- Comply with all regulatory procedures regarding cash handling and security.
- Identify and report potential fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Utilize accounting software systems and computer programs to streamline operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service.
- Use CRM to track customer interactions and transactions.
- Perform clerical duties as needed for the smooth operation of the bank.
- Use the ADP
- Financial Services system for financial transactions.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable
- Knowledge of Banner Ads creation and management
- Ability to use various Computer Programs effectively
- Experience with CRM systems for customer management
- Familiarity with 'About Time' software is beneficial
- Ability to provide accurate and timely responses (Answer)
- Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a professional manner
- Competence in executing Billing Functions
- Proficiency in performing Clerical Duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence
