Overview:

The new intern will assist with the QNB seasonal overseas student account opening business.

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming account opening application request and perform necessary translation;
• Perform data input in system to onboard customer;
• Gather documents and prepare package for overseas student account mailing and tracking;
• Perform scanning, filing and organizing of customer profiles and reviews;
• Perform account maintenance upon receiving customer’s request.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual; preferably can read, write and type in Chinese and English;
• Must be detail oriented, organized and can multitask;
• Knowledge on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.;
• Should have analytical, writing and communication skills;
• Candidate must be able to work independently.

Pay Range

• USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
