Data Entry Specialist

work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Use Microsoft Excel to manipulate data, perform calculations, and generate reports. This may include tasks such as creating spreadsheets, using formulas, sorting/filtering data, and developing charts.
- Prepare and assist with regular data reporting for management and other departments.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to various teams.
- Review, update, and organize electronic and paper files for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Perform routine audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of data within systems.
- Identify discrepancies or issues with data and work to resolve them promptly.
- Assist in creating and formatting reports and summaries for use in operational decision-making.
- Work closely with other departments to support data-driven tasks and projects.
