Responsibilities

• Answer phones (Inbound only) = low-mid volume, Walk in customers
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Providing information about products, services, and policies.
• Assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
• Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Providing product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Basic computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Data Entry
• Working with other departments to resolve customer issues.
