Executive Assistant
Adecco is recruiting for a Executive Assistant to join a hybrid team in Pennington, NJ. This position is a 12-month assignment and requires working the Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift.
As a Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a senior executive and their immediate team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and catering.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to sub-teams as needed.

Pay Details: $26.46 per hour
