Job Description- Conduct detailed business analysis and design for the equity swaps division.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to gather business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Drive the development of technology solutions to meet business needs.
- Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth implementation of new systems.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in the field of equity swaps.
- Contribute to project planning and progress reporting.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Equity Swaps Business Analyst should have:
- A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge of equity swaps and derivative products.
- Proven experience in business analysis within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- An estimated hourly salary range of $70 to $80
