About Our Client
Our client is a commercial General Contractor that has been in business for nearly 4 decades. They do work in a variety of sectors with roughly 50% being in light manufacturing. They also do a lot of unique commercial projects as well. All of their work is local to the St. Louis area. For this position you will be working directly alongside the Director of Construction Operations and will be responsible for every aspect of the projects assigned to you.This company is willing to offer a very competitive compensation package for the right experience.
Job Description- Manage projects from conception through completion
- 60% in the office; 40% in the field
- Client meetings/sub meetings/etc. as needed
- Work with Head of Construction Ops as well
- All local work - no current plans for any out-of-town work

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Industrial, tilt-up experience is a big plus but not required
- $10M+ project experience
- Design/Build experience is a huge plus
- Salary of $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
