Customer Service Representative

As a key point of contact, you will be expected to manage a variety of tasks to ensure efficient and effective customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers who are on the housing waitlist or seeking to apply
• Collecting and managing physical documents related to housing applications
• Scanning, filing and maintaining an organized record of customer documents
• Updating the company database with accurate and up-to-date customer information
• Performing clerical administrative duties as required
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and record-keeping
• Responding to and managing inbound calls from customers, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries. • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries effectively
• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and managing data
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently
