Job Description- Plan, execute, and manage audits within the capital markets space and regulatory validation space
- Oversee audit team members and ensure quality of work
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk
- Implement best audit and business practices
- Manage resources and audit assignments
- Identify and escalate potential business opportunities for the company
- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Audit Manager of Capital Markets' should have:
- 7+ years of internal audit experience in the banking or broker dealer space
- Experience in audit validation work deal with MRA/MRIAs
- Strong knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies, including flowcharting
- Excellent understanding of the financial services industry and capital markets
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proficiency in using various software for data analysis and reporting
- Competitive salary range of approximately $140,000 to $165,000
