Key job responsibilities- Drive operational excellence initiatives to define roadmap plans, develop and manage implementation activities.
- Develop documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
- Establish channels for continuous feedback and improvement across the organization.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners, key stakeholders, and team members. Ensuring Plan B’s are always in place.
- Actively seeking out opportunities to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall performance across the organization
- Design processes and procedures that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
- Applying tools and techniques from Lean and Six Sigma to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and reduce variation
- Utilizing data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and measure the impact of improvement initiatives
- Leading and supporting change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices
- Working with teams across different departments to identify and implement improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, engineering, or related field
Technical Skills: Lean Six Sigma certification or similar
Process mapping and analysisData analysis and interpretation
Project management skills
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skillsChange management expertise
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams
- Expert understanding of, and deep experience with, multi-step strategic sourcing processes and category management strategies.
- Extremely customer-focused, taking the time to understand the needs of the business.
- Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization, and works easily in multi-business unit project settings; able to facilitate teamwork across corporate boundaries.
- Strong analytical and financial skills including the ability to quickly synthesize, distill and draw conclusions on large amounts of disparate data.
