Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and increase market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance their selling skillsets and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
  • Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
