Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and increase market share.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance their selling skillsets and product knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
