More About the Position:
A T&G Service Manager- Will be expected to grow your team’s conversion rate, average ticket, hold them accountable to KPI’s and achieving our sales budget, and recruit to your staffing plan and budget
- Create call to action marketing supported campaigns, weekly special concepts, that drive sale beyond monthly budget expectations
- Participate in daily huddles to report on previous day and project current day drive to sales
- Manage, track, and expand proposal follow up process and captain the financing process, manage our vendors, and facilitate training
- Schedule and perform 1 on 1 meetings with your direct reports (ride a-long’s count as a 1 on 1)
What Does It Take?:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role (home services industry is a plus) Plumbing experience is not required
- Proven track record in meeting KPI targets in a growing organization
- Experience following budget and financial plan for your department or including forecasting
- Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. This building is the second building you will see with the Thornton and Grooms trucks. We do have two buildings.
Parking: Please park in one of our two building lots only. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line faces away from Halsted (behind the skating rink), where our trucks are. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building and they will guide you on where to park.
Plan to be here around an hour and a half. We will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interview with a hiring manager.
