Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, communication with vendors, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately through the company's ERP or order management system.
• Inventory Coordination: Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Shipping & Logistics: Collaborate with shipping partners and internal teams to schedule deliveries and monitor shipment status, ensuring all orders are delivered on time.
• Customer Communication: Provide order status updates, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to shipping or delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements, and generate reports to track fulfillment performance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all orders meet company standards for accuracy, product condition, and completeness before shipment.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
• Experience in providing high-quality customer service
