3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor
Large Manufacturing company is hiring a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime. This role involves leading a team of technicians, troubleshooting machinery, and enforcing safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities during 3rd shift to support continuous production.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address maintenance issues efficiently.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for necessary supplies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations, LOTO, and industrial safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred.
