Customer Service Representative
Robert Half's client in the Aliquippa area is in need of a contract to hire customer service representative. This role is fully on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Pay starts at $21 up to $24, dependent on experience.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Processes inquiries and orders, provides delivery information, invoices, maintains records, and other clerical duties as assigned, including special projects
Confers with customers by telephone and in writing in order to provide or gather information and details related to specific orders
Keeps detailed records of customer interactions and changes to orders
Provides consistent and timely status updates to the customers during the entire project duration until completion
Track orders from the creation of order stage to the completion stages of delivery to well site
Ability to manage multiple orders that are all in different phases
Confer with trucking companies and distribution center personnel by telephone and in writing in order to provide or gather information and details related to specific trucking needs
Ability to communicate with customers verbally and in written form
Respond promptly to customer requests
Handle and resolve customer and carrier concerns and or complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Set up new customer or carrier accounts
