We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training and Documentation Coordinator/Cyber Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL to support the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) training platform.

Requirements:

  • Part of a fast paced, high-tempo Government integrated product team in Orlando, FL, supporting the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) training platform.
  • Liaison with local and remote military organizations to support user activity, engagement/feedback, and customer training requirements on the PCTE.
  • Support the planning, execution, and after-action review of cyber training and various stakeholder engagements.
  • Determine how to meet the training and documentation needs of the user base with a variety of deliverables. (GitHub, Wiki management, webinars)
  • Integrate applications following Department of Defense (DoD) standards and documented system engineering practices.
  • Coordinate, communicate, and facilitate meetings with a variety of stakeholders, including Operational Test Authority, Operational and Developmental Test and Evaluations, senior ranking members of DoD, and research and development teams.
  • Must have understanding in operating, configuring, and maintaining virtualization environments, networks, and server storage systems.
  • General cybersecurity, testing, system validation, troubleshooting, and configuration management.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • On-site work primarily in an unclassified facility with some activities in a classified facility.
  • Some travel required.

This position requires an onsite presence.

Qualifications

Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, or relevant field from an accredited college/university
  • Industry standard certifications (years of experience may be used as a substitute for education)
  • SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Master experience is a plus

Years of Experience:

  • 10+ years in IT, Cyber Security, and/or engineering

Salary Range:

  • $148,000 + Benefits
