We are in search of a Recruiter who will be working remotely, specifically focusing on Engineering hiring for LOA coverage. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The location for this role is San Francisco, California, 94104, United States.

The successful candidate will be skilled at pooled hiring for backend and front-end engineering, experienced in both high volume and targeted sourcing, can operate full cycle and with sourcing support, and has excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the hiring process for backend and front-end engineering roles
  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing to closing
  • Monitor and manage LOA coverage effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure a high volume of sourcing and targeted sourcing strategies are implemented
  • Manage candidate experience meticulously, ensuring a positive interaction at all stages
  • Utilize tools such as Greenhouse Gem and ModernLoop for recruitment processes
  • Participate actively in contract negotiations with potential hires
  • Ensure quality assurance management in all recruitment processes.

  • Proficiency in Hiring Processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
  • Knowledge of Engineering principles, specifically in Backend Development
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various Stakeholders
  • Experience in Full Cycle recruitment processes, including LOA and Contract Negotiations
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, ideally Greenhouse
  • Strong skills in Quality Assurance (QA) Management
  • Excellent abilities in sourcing potential candidates from various channels
  • Experience in conducting different types of interviews (e.g. phone, video, in-person)
  • Solid skills in closing candidates and negotiating complex offers
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations, including LOA (Leave of Absence)
  • Ability to manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Familiarity with Backend Development, ideally with hands-on experience or a strong understanding of the field.
