We are looking for both full-time and part-time lift operators for the winter season with prime opportunities to transfer to summer positions for year-round employment!

Responsibilities:
The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.- Start, stop, and adjust the speed of lifts via lift controls.
- Assist skiers on and off the lift and instruct them in safety procedures.
- Observe skiers loading/unloading lifts to ensure they are safely seated, and safety bars are secure where applicable.
- Always keep corral and terminal areas clean and orderly while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Perform snow maintenance on ramps, terminal area, corral, and other areas as needed.
- Assist in daily lift inspection.
- Gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of The Highlands at Harbor Springs to function as an information source for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, welcoming, and giving guests a great experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work outside on your feet in winter conditions
