Kitchen Manager for Restaurant and Club
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen that provides food for three concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Oversee inventory control and manage food costs effectively
Develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures
Train kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques
Collaborate with the management team to create innovative menu items
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in full service fine dining or casual dining establishments
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of hospitality management practices
Proficiency in inventory management and control
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Familiarity with bar operations is a plus
Sushi experience is a plus
