Jacuzzi is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at the flagship Jacuzzi Group Outletin Chino, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent an iconic global brand and play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences while driving sales in a high-energy retail environment.
In the role of Sales Professional, you will engage with customers to provide them with high-quality spa and wellness solutions, offering personalized suggestions to fulfill their requirements. This position is perfect for those who have a strong enthusiasm for luxury items, possess outstanding interpersonal abilities, and maintain a focus on achieving results.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ensure they receive a friendly and professional experience while in the store.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and maintenance to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional products and accessories.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries generated through in-store visits, online channels, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure products are displayed effectively and maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.
- Accurately process sales transactions and manage financing or warranty inquiries.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the team.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
- Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain contact and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Actively participate in promotional events and community engagement activities to drive traffic and sales.
Compensation: $25.00 an hour + commission
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in high-value or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of the spa, wellness, or luxury retail industry.
