Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair 480V 3-phase electrical systems and equipment, including production machines, packaging machines, motors, and conveyor belts.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and systems, including PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
- Perform maintenance and upgrades on automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Use a multimeter and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues in machines, motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Interpret and work with electrical schematics, technical diagrams, and PLC programming to ensure proper installation and functionality of systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on all electrical systems and equipment to avoid unplanned downtime and ensure safety.
- Respond to and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner, minimizing production delays.
- Collaborate with production teams and other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement electrical solutions.
