Position Responsibilities:

• Customer cash application – deduction and credit management
• Customer collections
• Maintain customer relationships – frequent customer communication
• Balance sheet account reconciliations
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation
• Manages and audit the overall Accounts Receivable functions to ensure compliance with Company policy
• Perform additional duties or special assignments as assigned or required

Requirements:

• 1+years of business experience in a multi-million dollar, high-volume transaction financial-setting preferably in Accounts Receivable.
• Must possess professional demeanor, outstanding customer service, and excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers.
• Ability to understand, develop, and refine/improve processes.
• High degree of accuracy and proficiency in data entry and management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) has knowledge of basic formulas and pivot tables.
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
