Aerospace- Finisher/Painter

salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Use spray equipment to apply various coatings, ensuring proper color matches, textures, and finishes.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and masking areas that should remain uncoated.
- Operate and maintain drying ovens and spray equipment.
- Mix and adjust coating materials to meet specified colors and finishes as outlined in work orders or technical drawings.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure the finished product meets quality standards.
- Demonstrate patience and focus when performing repetitive tasks such as spraying and hand sanding.
- Keep accurate records of production, including tracking work progress and inventory levels.
- Label, mark, and package finished products according to established guidelines.
- Perform touch-up work on painted surfaces as needed.
