We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in BUFFALO, New York. This role focuses on IT project management within the business applications sector. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external technical resources to achieve our goals.

• Manage and implement business applications to meet business needs
• Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to drive project success
• Apply a background in business analysis to ensure a thorough understanding of project objectives and requirements
• Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage project tasks and deliverables
• Facilitate cognitive thinking processes to solve complex project challenges
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed
• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. • Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems
• Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Experience in managing IT projects
• Knowledge of various business applications
• Proven leadership skills and ability to drive project teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
