Seeking a Business Systems Analyst. This role involves leading initiatives in business requirements creation, aligning these requirements with business processes, and liaising between business and development teams. The position also offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of business requirements including problem statements, user story details, and reporting needs.
• Align the developed requirements with business process diagrams and system diagrams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and the development team, facilitating necessary clarifications.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, along with clear acceptance criteria.
• Develop detailed UI/UX specifications for the system.
• Map source/target data and conduct FIT/GAP analysis and system comparisons.
• Support user acceptance testing and provide functional/application expertise within the assigned function.
• Conduct in-depth quality reviews on system design and testing.
• Lead the orchestration of system comparisons and hyper care.
• Proficiency in using Confluence for collaboration and project management
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong knowledge in managing and operating databases
• Ability to conduct and analyze AB Testing
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents
• Knowledge of Claim Administration processes
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for software development
