- Proficient in answering and managing a multi-line phone system
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
- Proven ability in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in managing detail-oriented email correspondence
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for managing emails and scheduling
- Skilled in using Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents
- Ability to organize files systematically for easy retrieval
