Part Sales Account Executive

The Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving the management, service, and impressive revenue growth of assigned customers. This position involves a range of activities, including cold calling, competitive quoting and bidding, efficient order processing, strategic pricing of products, and gaining in-depth knowledge of the full suite of offerings.

The Essentials:

  • Aviation or Aerospace Experience: strong background in aviation or aerospace sales, particularly in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services or aircraft parts.
  • Proven Sales Success: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, along with a talent for cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledgeable about aircraft systems, parts, and relevant regulatory requirements, including FAA regulations.
  • Quantum Control Expertise: Proficient in using Quantum Control ERP software for managing inventory, sales, purchasing, or MRO processes.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Committed to customer satisfaction and responsiveness, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.
  • Engage with customers via email, phone, ILS, Aeroxchange, and Parts Base to address inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and lead times for parts and repairs.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the ERP System (Quantum Control).
  • Leverage Quantum Control and portal data to assess and document customer needs, keeping them informed about open part orders, specifications, and availability.
  • Gather insights on airline fleets and any anticipated changes.
  • Serve as a broker for parts as necessary.
  • Relay information about new products, services, and customer feedback to relevant company personnel.
  • Present and promote our products and services to both current and prospective clients, including spare packages.
  • Identify and connect with new sales prospects and assigned accounts.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Create and oversee sales orders from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of work, aligning with customer expectations.
  • Assist the accounting team in collecting outstanding invoices.
